“AND THE TIME CAME WHEN THE RISK TO REMAIN TIGHT IN A BUD WAS MORE PAINFUL THAN THE RISK IT TOOK TO BLOSSOM.”

ABOUT SPACE TO HEAL
The name Space to Heal captures one of the roots of counseling and why our field exists. Counseling offers many benefits, and people seek it for all sorts of reasons. One of the greatest gifts it provides is healing. Counseling creates space for us to heal emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.
As a client, you automatically create space to heal the moment you take that brave step to contact a counselor. You are choosing you and making space in your life for self-care. Through therapy, you’ll learn that space to heal is a gift to yourself that can extend beyond the counseling room. For me that may look like walking my dog in nature, doing yoga, or talking with a loved one. Those things make my heart full and promote healing and grounding. Counseling will help you find those healing spaces, too.
The counselor is also instrumental in creating a space to heal. As a trauma-informed clinician, I take great care in creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment to support clients’ healing. I’m here to walk alongside of you as you grow, heal and thrive in your life.

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not take insurance. However, some insurance companies may reimburse a percentage of your cost for counseling services.
