SERVICES & FEES

Initial phone consultation: No charge, 15 minutes

Individual counseling: $125, per 60-minute session

Methods of Payment Accepted: Cash, credit, or check. You can also use your Health Savings Account to pay for sessions. The full session fee is due at the time of your appointment. I offer a limited number of spots at a reduced rate for clients experiencing financial hardship.

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not take insurance. However, some insurance companies may reimburse a percentage of your cost for counseling services. Consult your insurance carrier prior to your appointment to explore your options. If your insurance offers reimbursement for out-of-network services, I can provide what’s known as a superbill that you can submit to your insurer to verify services received.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care may cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
